Victoria Dietz, APSW, Birth Doula
—
I’m so glad you found your way to Lavender & Ivy Wellness! My name is Victoria (she/they) and I am a mental health therapist & birth doula in the Madison, WI area.
A little about me: I am originally from Minnesota but attended Wartburg College in Iowa for my undergraduate degree in political science and social work. I found my way to Madison by attending UW-Madison and completing my Masters degree in social work & mental health. In my free time, I love running and yoga, traveling, watching reruns of Friends, as well as spending time with my partner and our two dogs, Mango & Cisco!
As a therapist, I support individuals and couples with perinatal & reproductive mental health, anxiety disorders, sex & relationship concerns, ADHD and Autism, and providing LGBTQIA+-affirming care. I believe in creating a welcoming space that allows people to be themselves and feel affirmed in their identity.
In my work as a doula, I support both birth center and hospital births. I truly enjoy getting to know and support new & expecting parents throughout their journey. Birth can be beautiful & empowering and I aim to support that in my client’s experiences.
