Individual & Couples Therapy

In-person and virtual mental health support for anyone located in Wisconsin.

As a therapist, I believe in empowering people by meeting them where they are and holding space for them during our sessions. You are the expert in your own life and I approach therapy as a collaborative experience. This includes providing a trauma-informed and identity-affirming environment where people can show up unapologetically themselves.

Specialties & treatment options

I offer a variety of therapy options, including:

  • Perinatal mental health (fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, birth trauma, loss)

  • LGBTQIA+ affirming care

  • Neurodivergence (ADHD and Autism)

  • Relationship work (couples therapy, ENM/polyamory, family planning)

I utilize a variety of approaches in my work, such as DBT, CBT, IFS/parts work, Polyvagal theory, Gottman Method, Imago Relationship Therapy, and attachment-based work, depending on your goals for therapy!

All of my work is trauma-informed, anti-racist, and guided by a respect for each person’s lived experience.

If you are paying for therapy out of pocket, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency session, including therapy. You can ask your therapist for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a session.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Learn more about a Good Faith Estimate here.
