Birth and postpartum doula services

As your doula, I hope help you feel empowered throughout birth, as well as be an advocate for your family.

Your emotions and comfort are my top priority and I am always happy to talk through anything weighing on your mind . We meet prenatally to create a birth plan, practice positions & breathing techniques, and discuss any worries or questions you may have. Once labor begins, I provide continuous emotional and physical support, as well as prioritize your birth preferences - no matter how you choose to bring your baby into this world. I provide support throughout the postpartum period to make the transition from hospital to home as smooth as possible. I hope to provide your family the space to enjoy this new chapter, while feeling fully supported.

My goal as your doula is to listen & learn about what is important to you and to create a more positive birth. Ultimately, I believe birth is a beautiful, natural, and empowering experience! I also offer a free consultation to meet and answer any questions you may have about myself, doula services, and birth overall.

Testimonials

“I truly cannot imagine our birth without Victoria. She made the whole experience so special and really advocated for us every step of the way. From the very beginning she went above and beyond to support us, and during labor she was incredible, helping me with breathing, guiding me into positions, and just being such a calm, steady presence. I felt so cared for and supported, and I’m so thankful we had her with us.”

“Victoria made my birthing experience the best it possibly could have been! She was very supportive and helped make sure the nurses and doctor followed my birth plan. She was able to help me with every want and need I had through labor and after!”

“Cannot recommend Victoria as a doula enough! She provided such a calming presence throughout my pregnancy and the birth of my second. Her knowledge regarding pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and newborns is expansive. Truly was my go-to for questions and advice!! I will forever recommend her to others!!”
