Individual & Couples Therapy

In-person and telehealth therapy for anyone located in Wisconsin.

I have a passion for empowering individuals by meeting them where they are and holding space for them during our sessions. This includes providing a trauma-informed and identity-affirming environment within the therapeutic space. I primarily support those who are pregnant or postpartum, LGBTQ+ folks, neurodivergent individuals, and couples. I have a relatively eclectic approach, mainly using CBT, DBT, Polyvagal Theory, and IFS. With couples, I utilize Imago Therapy, the Gottman Method, and Attachment Therapy.

I provide a free 15 minute consultation to answer any questions your may have and to see if it feels like a good fit!

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency session, including therapy. You can ask your therapist for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a session.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Learn more about a Good Faith Estimate here.
