I have a strong passion for supporting new & expecting parents, as well as reproductive health care. In both roles, I am able to support people where they are and find empowerment in their journeys. Social justice is also a central component and I hope to advocate for this in a variety of ways. I will always support your choices and uplift your voice throughout our time together! Trauma-informed and LGBTQ+ affirming care is always a priority in my practice.

No, I am unable to be both an individual’s doula & their therapist as to prevent dual relationships from occurring. A doula and a therapist are two very different roles and I want to support each client ethically and appropriately. I provide referrals to other perinatal therapists in the area for my doula clients that request that support.
